WHAT IS RAW MILK?

Raw milk has not gone through the process of pasteurization. Pasteurization is heat-treatment process that destroys pathogenic microorganisms in certain foods and beverages including milk.

IS RAW MILK LEGAL?

Yes! In Iowa the Bill for Raw Milk was passed and as of July 2023 raw milk can legally be sold with some requirement and restrictions. For more information and guidelines about the bill please see attached resource:

WHAT DO YOUR DAIRY COWS EAT?

Our Dairy cows are grazed on a pasture lot and have access to free choice hay. During milking they eat corn and a mineral blend. Corn is conventional so we cannot guarantee that it is Non- GMO or is free from field chemical. This is a very small portion of their diets.

HOW DO I PURCHASE?

We have on farm pickup for all of products. You can contact us to schedule an appointment for pickup!
