At Tenley Farms we raise Shorthorn for their maternal skills and Angus for temperament and meat quality. Our Beef is traceable from Birth to the Butcher. Our feeder cattle are raised on pasture and finished on a dry hay corn ration to optimize marbling and flavor. Animals are processing in USDA inspected facility. Maternal cows are on pasture or cornstalks year round with plenty of room for natural movement and for optimal rumination. Rumination where every chew is meditation.
